The great thing about online shopping is that you can do it from your home in minutes and spend time browsing what you need to without leaving the comfort of your home. It’s convenience can’t be beat, and with such a large variety of items and online stores, pretty much anything can be found. It’s also good for sending gifts like flowers or subscriptions or gift cards.
One thing that’s easy to shop for online is shoes. There’s no need to worry about sizing or whether it will fit or not. Finding brown boots in a size eight is usually pretty universal in terms of size and won’t run large or small.
There are many online manufacturers who are fully aware of the benefits of online shopping and have made their wares readily available to the public by convenient online shopping carts in their websites. The websites should be easy to navigate and shoppers should be able to make their way around the website easily.
One thing that’s hard to buy online is clothing. Sizing needs to be accurate and some stores run clothes a little smaller or a little larger, depending. If you know your measurements it’s easier to buy clothes online and have them fit properly. Finding them is easy too, whether you’re looking for a jean skinny or a sweater, all you have to do is put it in a search engine to find.
One thing that’s good to buy over the internet is cosmetics. Most stores sell them at a discount and things like shampoo and face washes that are normally pricey are discounted. For example, Lancome eye cream is pricey, but most online stores will sell it for a discounted price.
There are a lot of popular accessories that can be found through internet merchants. You can get a leather watch, a dvd, books, pocketbooks, and cell phone accessories just from a few clicks. Often a seller will have coupon codes or discount promotions through other websites so bring shoppers to their site. There are websites that are made just for collecting these codes.
However there’s still a need for stores and malls. The drawback of online shopping is that you have to wait for packages and also pay for shipping charges. And nothing beats shopping in person and being able to find things by seeing and touching them. Online shopping is still convenient and has its benefits.

Every day millions of people shop online from their homes. Internet shopping has become popular because of its ease, its convenience, and being able to shop from the comfort of home without leaving the house for one item. It’s also a good way to send gifts, like magazines and flowers, and gift cards.
One item that’s usually easy to find in online stores is shoes. There’s no worries about sizing or proper fit. Shoes are universal in size so finding brown boots in a size seven is easy because it won’t be too small or too large, usually right around the proper size.
There are many online manufacturers who are fully aware of the benefits of online shopping and have made their wares readily available to the public by convenient online shopping carts in their websites. The websites should be easy to navigate and shoppers should be able to make their way around the website easily.
Clothing is a little harder to buy online because of the sizing. It’s hard to match certain sizes up, though if you’re sure of your measurements then it shouldn’t be a problem. If you’re looking for a jean skinny or for a cashmere sweater then put it in a search engine and wait for the shopping results.
One thing that’s good to buy over the internet is cosmetics. Most stores sell them at a discount and things like shampoo and face washes that are normally pricey are discounted. For example, Lancome eye cream is pricey, but most online stores will sell it for a discounted price.
Just about anything can be found online these days. A leather watch, eye glasses, hair accessories, and kitchen appliances are just a few of the things that you’ll find shopping on the internet. The good thing is that a lot of stores take coupons or promotional codes, and there are websites dedicated to just compiling all these codes.
But there’s still a need for malls and retail stores. Online shopping’s disadvantage is that people have to pay for shipping as well as wait for their packages in the mail. There’s nothing like being able to try things on in person and touch the item you’re buying. But online shopping is still a great convenience. It has many benefits and is great for people who are unable to get away and spend time shopping out at stores.

What is the link between how we breathe and how healthy we are? What elements of the life we lead raises or lowers the risk of chronic diseases such as cancer? What role does Optimal Breathing play in illness prevention or healing? Would you pass a breathing test? Such are the kinds of questions and answers under review here together with some further suggestions about the benefits of other natural healing methods
Let us start by saying that there is more to breathing then just sucking in air
now and again! And there are definite advantages for health.
Preventing and healing of cancer
Many of us are aware of somebody who has been affected in some way by cancer
cancer now or went through it before or a family member or circle
of friends
As I write, a family member has very recently been
diagnosed with a malignant tumor in the salivary glands leading to invasive surgery and a loss of facial muscle use. about 20 years ago I ws diagnosed with cervical cancer which required a hysterectomy and my mother lost her fight with cancer when it spread into the lymph system. An uncle of mine died of skin cancer some years ago.
So this potentially deadly disease has certainly affected myself and my dearest
ones and I’m sure people who you know too. However in this age of information it is now becoming more and more possible to actively particpate in our own healing and prevention as we come to understand much more about the causes and contributory factors of cancer and what we can do to support the healing process naturally and alongside other conventional approaches
To this end I have drawn up a list below of some of the main areas, activities,
foods and lifestyle choices that are generally associated with an increased risk of cancer. The link may not always be a direct one but the above factors are all associated with cancer in some way.
Cancer Related Risk factors
1. Diet: Eating meats that are high in fat. A consistently high fat, high protein diet
2. Too much coffee, tea and fizzy drinks
3. Aflatoxins i.e fungal products found in foods like peanuts and soya
4. A diet that doesn’t include a sufficient amount of minerals, vitamins and iodine
5. Nitrosamines and amines which can be found in food that has not been refrigerated, in processed meat and
cheese
6. Sluggish colonic movement
7. Overeating (associated in 35% of all cancers) and being overweight
8. Some species of mushrooms.
9. A diet that includes too many sugary and refined or processed foods
10. History of having had any cancer before
11. Diabetes
12. Early sexual activities – particularly cervical cancer
13. Genetic inheritance, age, race, family history and background, what work you do
14. Estrogens
15. Hair Coloring Dyes
16. Chronic infections, viral flu, colds, rashes and diarrhea
17. Drugs such as antibiotics, aspirin, water tablets, immunosuppressants,
amphetamines or antihistamines
18. Alcohol intake more than in moderation and excessive smoking
19. Excessive exposure to chemicals in the environment, industrial fumes,
solvents, asbestos and hydrocarbons
20. Prolonged stress, depression, unexpressed anger
21. Over exposure to cold, heat and radiation.
22. Unclean or contaminated drinking water as in many large cities.
23. A habit of shallow or poor breathing
All of these, singly or accumulatively, can lead to an overtaxing of the sympathetic nervous system which ultimately leads to increased susceptibility to toxemia and acidosis which is the right environment for anaerobic organisms to multiply and take over.
If you are not breathing correctly this may not be directly linked to cancer but because cancer is
anaerobic and is not able to survive in high concentrations of oxygen, anything
that increases the oxygen in your body and blood supply is good. Breathing poorly can result in serious compromises in health as well as your
emotional and mental wellbeing.
Oxygen is in fact a natural antibiotic and so optimal breathing is one way to ensure a good supply of material with which to fight viruses and bacteria
For the best chances of success with a cancer treatment, make sure you
practice and develop your breathing.
What is YOUR Breathing Like?
Take the F.REE Breathing Test and Evaluation!!
Heart attacks, cancer, strokes, asthma, speech problems and every disease known to mankind is worsened or improved by how well we breathe; the quality of our respiration. So are peak performance such as in activities requiring mental acuity, athletics, acting, speaking or singing.
Cancer Growth
The origins of the word, cancer, lie in the Latin term for ‘crab’. Cancer was
described by Hippocrates as a ‘crab like’ illness, who observed that cancer, by
nature creeps and spreads throughout the body, eventually bringing death. Nowadays we tend to name cancer as an uncontrolled growth or an abnormal spreading of cells in the body. Cancer is actually more than one disease and is a general term used to describe over 100 different types, but what is common about them is that they all include a process whereby body cells multiply in an uncontrolled way.
Since cancer is anaerobic it can’t survive where oxygen is present. This explains
why the one organ that buckles under stress, the heart, in fact nevr falls victim to cancer. The heart thrives on a plentiful supply of oxygen.
How Optimal Breathing Helps
Optimal breathing can help to provide an adequate supply of oxygen to the body and works very well alongside other remedies and techniques to ensure good health and a much lower risk of cancer and much higher survival rates
The thing to remember though is that as the body uses its oxygen supply it also produces, as a by product of the process, lots of free radicals which themselves can cause damage and this is where antioxidants comes in.
What antioxidants do
Antioxidants found in some foods prevent or slow the oxidative damage to our
body. They act as “free radical scavengers” and in this way prevent and repair any damage done by these free radicals.
Antioxidants are provided by taking nutrients such as Vitamin A and carotenoids, Vitamin C found mainly in citrus fruits and green leafy vegetables, Vitamin E found in nuts and grains, Selenium (in fish, red meat, eggs, garlic) and superfoods like Saw Palmetto and Acai berry.
Other antioxidant sources are pomegranates (for flavanoids) tomatoes (lycopene), leafy green veg (Lutein) and oats (for lignan)
Use Of Other Natural Remedies
Other remedies which help in the fight against cancer include internal cleansing,
parasite elimination, de-stressing and changing one’s self defeating thoughts and attitudes. Lowering stress and Changing one’s attitude has a direct bearing on theimmune system and five of the best ways to do this are laughter, daily positive affirmations, listening to relaxation music, walks in nature and various meditative practices
Being too hypervigilant, usually connected to some past trauma which puts the body on hyperalert, or thinking negatively
feelings of guilt, putting blame onto others, being over critical of self, in combination with poor
hygiene and toxic overload can create an environment that invites a flood of
unfriendly baceria and organisms into the body. Eventually the body’s immune
system, biochemical and energetic system and basic life flow becomes
overwhelmed by overload, blocks and chaotic disruptions. All of this may invite cancer
and other serious conditions to take hold.
EFT and Tapping
EFT is based on the energy therapy of acupuncture but it doesn’t involve needles and can be easily learnt and applied by most people to bring the body-mind back to a state of balance and health.

It is a process that you can easily learn and apply whenever you are in pain
To summarise
A confident attitude, proper nutrition, deep breathing and a good inner energy flow
protects you from serious diseases like cancer. Being calm is better for you than blaming or feeling guilty. The benefits of deep breathing include a much lower risk of cancer, or if practised once cancer is diagnosed, a greater chance of successful recovery, and improved health overall. The more you practice proper breathing, maintain an optimistic frame of mind, feel confident and empowered the more likely you are to be healthy. These skills you can concentrate on developing through practice
